Constitutional, Administrative & Electoral
Constitutional petitions, judicial review, and pre-election and election disputes.
The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 gives every person the right to defend their rights before the courts. We bring and defend constitutional petitions and judicial review applications for individuals, organisations and public bodies.
Our advocates have acted in electoral matters from party nomination disputes through to election petitions.

Common questions
How soon must an election petition be filed?
Strict constitutional and statutory deadlines apply - for most elective positions, within 28 days of the declaration of results. Contact us immediately after the declaration.
What is judicial review?
It is the court's supervision of how public bodies make decisions - whether they acted lawfully, reasonably and fairly.
